The motion, filed by the prosecution, stemmed from a viral social media post that allegedly violated the terms of Williams’s probation. The controversy began when Williams reposted an image of Investigator Marissa Viverito, a key member of the Fulton County District Attorney’s office, along with a caption accusing her of being “the biggest liar in the DA’s office.” The post quickly gained traction online, garnering more than 2 million views and comments, some of which included direct threats against Viverito and her family.
